摘要
从油菜籽中提取硫苷,经弱阴离子交换剂DEAESephadexA-25做预处理,得到硫苷提取液.经反相离子对色谱确定分离条件,采用液相色谱-电喷雾接口-质谱联用,再经紫外扫描进一步确证,同时分离鉴定了油菜籽中7种硫苷.
A reliable method to separate and identify glucosinolates in rapeseed was developed by using reversed-phase ion-pair HPLC with confirmation by electrospray mass spectrometry and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The extracting solution of glucosinolates was first purified by a column packed with DEAE-sephadex A-25, and then was injected into the chromatographic system. Confirmation of identity was accomplished using both negative ion electrospray mass spectrometry and ultraviolet spectroscopy. Seven species of glucosinolates were determined by using this method.
