摘要
在湿陷性黄土地基中,由于地表排水不畅造成素土、杂填土受水后变形较大,其下的湿陷性黄土浸水后又产生湿陷性变形,从而加剧了地基土的不均匀变形,导致柱基础下灰土垫层拉裂,引起建筑物墙面及地面局部开裂,影响建筑物正常使用.实践表明,采用高压喷射注浆法处理该类地基事故是一种行之有效的方法.
In the collapsible loess foundation, the inundation plain soil and miscellaneous fill produce vertical deformation as the ground water cannot be drained away in time. With the water osmoses into the collapsible loess below, uneven deformation produced. As result the lime-soil cushion were ripped, the wall and the ground were crazed by lopsided strength and the building could not be used normally consequently. Now our practice shows that the chemical churning pile is an effective way to deal with similar foundation improvement work.
