摘要
本实验室分离获得的链霉菌菌株MY0 2发酵液对植物病原真菌均表现良好的抑菌活性。对其在不同条件下的稳定性进行测定结果表明 ,菌株MY0 2发酵液在中性及偏碱性的条件下稳定 ,室温条件下存放半年后活性开始下降 ,存放 1年后其活性丧失过半 ;菌株MY0 2发酵液对光稳定 ,5 4℃ 15d菌株MY0 2发酵液的抑菌活性不下降。
Fermentation of strain MY02 showed antagonism against pathogenic fungus such as Fulvia fulva, Botrytis cinerea, and so on. Antifungal substances in fermentation of strain MY02 can keep activity at neutral , alkaline , light, 54℃ for 15d respectively, but antifungal substances begin to loses activity when deposited for half of a year and its inhibition activity falls down to half when deposited for a year at normal condition.
