摘要
建立一种测定大黄柳中化合物Diosmetin7 O α—L 吡喃阿拉伯糖(1→6)β D吡喃葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。结果表明:线性范围在3.16~20.16μg mL,回归方程Y=134834 568X-8 443,γ=0.9996,精密度实验RSD为1.53%,稳定性实验RSD为2.01%,平均回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.6%。该方法简便、快速、有效、准确、重现性好,可用于大黄柳叶中黄酮类成分的定量分析。
Method: HPLC method was established for determination of 5, 3′-dihydroxy-4′-methoxy flavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→6) O-α-L- arabinopyranoside in the samples of different areas and collected dates.C18 was used, the chromatography was carried out with a linear gradient program. The mobile phase was MeOH∶H_2O(40∶60), at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,peaks were detected at 254 nm, column temperature was at 25℃. Result: The linear range was 3.16~20.16 μg/mL(γ=0.999 6). The average recovery was 97.5%,RSD 1.6%(n=5). Conclusion: The method is simple, effective and feasible. It can be used to determine flavones in Salix raddeana Laksch.
