关于发展湖南有机农业的理性思考

Thinking about Development of Organic Agriculture in Hunan Province

通过对有机农业概念的新定义,阐述了有机农业的生态环境观,并在对发展湖南有机农业生态环境制约因素的分析基础上,提出了大力推行以生态农业为主导的有机农业发展战略,制定和完善农业环境法规体系,依法保护和改善生态环境,以及加快有机农业技术创新等对策思路。

The author makes a new definiens to organic agriculture;expresses the ideas of ecology environment of organic agriculture; makes an analysis of restraint factors about the ecology envonment which become a foundation of the development of organic agriculture in Hunan Province; and put forward some countermeasures as follow:to promote the agriculture strategy that is leaded by organic agriculture; to work out the leagal system of agriculture environment;to protect by law the ecology environment and better it; to accelerate organic technologic innovation on agriculture.
