关于洞庭湖区杨树发展规模与经营的几个问题

Problems about Developing and Managing Poplar Forests in Dongting Lake Areas

针对洞庭湖区杨树发展中发现的问题,进行了调查研究。从国家法规限制、湖区林业用地总面积、保护生物多样性与可持续发展理念等方面,认证了湖区杨树的适宜发展规模:为11.94万hm2—12.98万hm2。同时,还指出了杨树生产中出现的树不适地、经营不善、病虫危害严重和品种混乱问题,并提出了科学规划与合理布局、规范栽培品种、适地适树、加强抚育管理、培育无节良材、控制病虫危害等几个技术措施。

In terms of the problems existing in developing of poplar forest at Dongting Lake, an investigation on site was conducted. Based on the investigation results, concerning the State law, the available forestland area, and the theories of biodiversity protection and sustainable development, the rational and suitable scope of developing poplar forest at Dongting Lake area was suggested and attested, that was 11.94×10~4hm^2-1298×10~4hm^2.Also problems existing in the development of poplar, such as planted poplar at unsuitable places, irrational planting resulted in serious diseases, afforested with bad quality variety,were pointed out. Suggestions on scientific planning and rational planting, afforested with high quality varieties at suitable places were put forward. Also techniques about drainage by channeling, forest tending, cultivating high quality timber forest, controlling pest and diseases and so on were worked out in this paper.
