摘要
分析当前多绳摩擦式矿井提升机尾绳主要型式及分绳梁结构 ,介绍了一种新型的扁尾绳分绳梁在实际生产中的试用情况 ,该装置采用滚筒体聚氨脂外缘作为摩擦副 ,通过滚动摩擦改变以往尾绳与分绳梁滑动摩擦方式 ,缓解了尾绳与分绳梁之间的“干摩擦” ,改善了扁钢丝绳的使用条件。这种新型聚氨脂滚轮分绳梁制作、安装简单 ,维修方便 ,取得良好的经济和安全效益。
The article analyses currently dominant types of tail rope of mine hoister with multrope's friction and structure of dividing-rope.Moreover it introduces probational situation of a new type flat-tail dividing-rope beam in practical production.This equipment takes roller body as polyurethane outside friction surface.By turning former tail rope and dividing-rope beams sliding friction into rolling,it has released 'dry friction'between tail rope and dividing-rope and improved flat rope's use conditions.This new type polyurethane dividing-rope beam is produced and fixed simply,moreover it is repaired conveniently.Well economic and safe benefits have obtained.
