摘要 运用故障总时间法初步确定数控冲床的故障概率模型。用图形和解析两类检验方法从定性和定量两方面对其拟合模型进行了检验,最后确定其符合威布尔分布。为进行故障分析、预测及实现可靠性增长提供了理论依据。 The model of the failure probability distribution was obtained by applying total failure time method for the numerical control punch. Through the graphic and analytic method, its model of fitting was verified qualitatively and quantitatively. The optimum distribution model was determined as Weibull distribution, providing a theoretical basis for the failure analysis and prediction, and reliability enhancement of the numerical control machine tools.
