摘要
针对某河流的防洪投资这一具体问题构筑了能反映土地利用变化的土地利用模型。针对防洪投资的具体情况,把社会构成简化为家庭与土地所有者,将作为土地选择魅力度指标的期望间接效用函数特定化,提出了根据土地利用模型求解土地需求量与地租的方法。通过实例计算探讨了土地利用模型的合理性与可行性。
The flood control investment can not only change the land property, but also transform the original useless land into usable.In order to grasp the variation history of the land utilization caused by investment, taking the flood control investment for a certain river as an example, a land utilization model to reflect the variation of land utilization was established. In the light of the concrete conditions of a flood control investment, simplifying the social structure into families and land holders, specifying the expecting indirect utility function as the charming-degree index for land selection, the land demand and the land rent were solved by means of the proposed model. The feasibility and reasonableness of the model was discussed with a calculation example.
