介绍了高膳食纤维速溶藕粉的加工工艺,采用滚筒干燥和间歇式沸腾造粒机,实验对影响干燥速率和造粒效果的各因素和各技术参数进行了探讨。
The process technology of high dietary-fibered dissoluted lotus root power is introduced. Making use of drum drying and boiling granulator, multiple factors and technological parameter affected on drying rate and granulation processing are discussed.
