摘要 研究了超高速HOY(高取向丝)工艺中缓冷器温度对纤维结构和性能的影响。结果表明:在较高缓冷器温度下,纤维中形成了大量颗粒较小的结晶体,纤维综合取向变化不大;无定形区链段活性和可及度增加。缓冷器温度对结构影响可以解释纤维性能的变化,缓冷器温度对纤维可及度的影响与纤维上染率的变化相对应。 The impact of heat-retarder temperature on the structure and performance of super-high speed HOY fiber was studied. The result indicated that in high heat-retarder temperature, a large number of crystals with little granularity were produced in the fibers, large molecule tropism changed little, and the activity of chains and a-vailability in amorphism areas were increased. The impact of heat-retarder temperature on the availability of fibers was corresponding to the change of dying rate of fibers.
