For shortcoming of the knowledge about the temperature testing of external pipe_wall,the arrangement of temperature test points,the real meaning of test value and how to analyse the heat transform property of heating surface as well as the evaluation of working safety are expounded,besides,some technical problems such as how to determine the test error are discussed.
