摘要
为了提高标准化在森林经理信息系统开发与运用的效率,建立了系统开发的秩序,对系统分析、系统设计、系统实施和系统维护等作业的标准化进行研究.通过标准化活动的开展,充分利用其实践经验,并将这些经验规范化、普及化,以期发挥其提高劳动生产率和资源的转化率的作用,实现林产品生产的合理化、高效率化和低成本化,并给林业带来丰厚的回报,从而实现其潜在的价值.
In order to improve the developing and using efficiency of the forest management information system, and to build up the order of the developing action, standardization activity is essentially needed. It has to be done in all the system developing process. This paper discusses the standardization problems of system analysis, system design and system maintenance which involves the system developing and using process. The functions and benefits of standardization activity applied to the information system of forest resource management and development have also been disserted.
