摘要
分析了我国城市汽车排放污染的现状,论述了城市道路对汽车运行工况和排放污染的影响;分析了我国当前在城市道路建设规划中存在的"三重三轻"的误区及其影响;提出了减少城市汽车排放污染的基本途径.
After an analysis of the circumstance of urban exhaust emission of automobiles in our country, the paper discusses the influence of urban roads on automobile driving conditions and exhaust emission, and analyzes the mistakes and their influence upon urban road development programming. Main lines, principal parts and hardware should be more important than net, configuration and software. Then the paper puts forward a basic idea of how to reduce exhaust emission of automobiles.
