摘要 分析了语音合成技术及 TTS引擎技术的基本结构 ,并结合罪犯数据档案声音系统 ,在 VB平台下给出了一种嵌入 TTS开发 This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of speech synthesis technology and TTS technology,and with data archives speech system of criminal,presents a practical method to develop 32bit speech synthesis software by inserting TTS.
