三甲益肝冲剂对慢性肝炎和肝硬化患者的治疗作用

Therapeutic effects of Sanjia Yigan granule for the treatment of 48 patients with chronic hepatitis and post-hepatitis cirrhosis

目的 探讨中药三甲益肝冲剂对慢性肝炎 (CH)和肝炎肝硬化的治疗作用。方法 95例CH和肝炎肝硬化患者随机分为两组 ;治疗组 48例和对照组 47例分别采用中药三甲益肝冲剂和甘草酸二铵治疗。测定治疗前后血清丙氨酸转移酶 (ALT)、总胆红质 (TBil)、白蛋白与球蛋白之比 (A/G)、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅳ型胶原肽 (Ⅳ C)、层粘蛋白 (LN)水平 ,并以B超探测脾脏厚度和门静脉内径宽度。结果 与治疗前相比 ,治疗组血清肝纤维化指标 (HA、Ⅳ C和LN )和肝功能指标(ALT和Tbil)均显著降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,A/G升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,脾脏厚度和门静脉内径宽度显著减小(P <0 .0 5)。而对照组除HA、ALT和TBil降低 (P <0 .0 5)外 ,其他指标与治疗前相比无明显改变。结论 三甲益肝冲剂可降低CH和肝炎肝硬化患者的肝纤维化指标 ,改善肝功能 。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of Sanjia Yi gan granule on chronic hepatitis (CH) and post-hepatitis cirrhosis. Me thods Ninty-five patients with chronic hepatitis and post-hepatitis cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group,48 patients, was administered with Sanjia Yigan granule.The control group,47 patients,was ad ministered with Diammonium Glycyrrizinate.The serum ALT,TBil,A/G,hyaluronic acid (HA),collagenⅣ(Ⅳ-C)and laminin(LN) were detected, and the thickness of splee n and the inside diameter of portal vein were measured by B-modeultrasonography .Results In the treatment group, after treatmen ,the serum indi ces of hepatic fibrosis (HA, Ⅳ-C and LN) decreased significantly (P<0.01 ), ALT,TBil decreased significantly (P<0.01), the A/G increased significa ntly(P<0.01), the thickness of spleen and the inside diameter of portal ve in decreased (P<0.05),compared with the control group. In the control group ,except HA and TBil decreased significantly(P<0.05), the other indices didn't change obviously compared with the results in before treatment. Conclusion Treatment of Sanjia Yigan granule for CH and post-hepatitis cirrhosis can decrease the indices of hepatic fibrosis,improve the liver funct ion and reduce the thickness of spleen and the inside diameter of portal vein.
