摘要 目的 :探讨免疫口服液的抗应激作用。方法 :3组小鼠分别以剂量为 2 .5,5.0 ,10 .0 g/ (kg· d)免疫口服液连续灌胃2周。末次给药后 1h,用小鼠游泳实验、耐缺氧实验、耐寒实验和耐高温实验观察免疫口服液的抗应激作用。结果 :5,10g/ (kg·d)的免疫口服液实验组小鼠游泳时间和在缺氧、寒冷和高温环境中的存活时间与生理盐水对照组比较明显延长(P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1) ,而这两实验组间比较无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5)。结论 :5g/ (kg· d)免疫口服液可显著提高小鼠的抗应激能力 。 Objective: To investigate the anti stress effect of Syrupus Immune. Methods: Mice were given orally Syrupus Immune with 2.5,5.0 and 10.0 g/(kg·d) respectively for two weeks, then were treated with a series of experimental stress including fatigue, hypoxia, heat and cold. Results: Under above mentioned stress condition, the living time of the experimental groups' mice whichwere given 5.0,10.0 g/(kg·d)Syrupus Immune were markedly longer than that of control groups ( P<0.01, P<0.05 ), and the differences of this two experimental groups were not significant in comparison to each other ( P>0.05 ). Conclusion: Syrupus Immune could obviously improve the anti stress effect of mice at the dose of 5.0 g/(kg·d), and the effect couldn't strengthen by increasing dose.
