The Infuence of Tiao Zhi Jiang Ya Caspule on Blood Pressure in Animal

目的 :观察调脂降压胶囊对动物血压及相关问题的影响。方法 :制备肾性高血压大鼠动物模型 ;抗微循环障碍实验 ;该方药与阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果 :调脂降压胶囊连续给药可降低高血压模型动物的血压 ;可对抗垂体后叶素所致微循环障碍 ;可加强阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的中枢抑制作用。结论 :该药具有较好降压及改善微循环作用 。

Objective:To observe the action of Tiao Zhi Jiang Ya caspule on animal blood pressure.Methods:The model of kindenys hypertension in rats has been used. It is made that the drug improves obstruction of microcirculation and works incoordination with pentobarbital of lower hypnotize dose.Results:Tiao Zhi Jiang Ya caspule could reduce blood pressure of hypertension rats when advninistratedcontiauously and resist the obstruction of microcirculation with pituitrin and enhance the action of pentobarbital with lower hypnotize dose.Conclusion:The drug has the action of reducing blood pressure and improving microcirculation and central nervous system inhibition.
