摘要
指出了过去工程质量监督方式的不足,以在3个大型化工化纤工程中改进工作方式取得的效果为依据论述了加大对责任主体质量行为的监督力度、结合过程监督,采用材质复验、射线探伤等科学手段,可有效地监督控制工程实体质量。
The shortcomings of the past engineering quality supervision methods were pointed out.On the basis of the results obtained from the improvement of working modes in three large chemical industry and chemical fiber engineering,some discusses were carried out.It was said that through increasing the supervision degree on the responsibility main part quality behavior,combination with process supervision,using scientific methods such as material retest and radiation flaw detection,the engineering substance quality can be supervised and controlled effectively.
