摘要 分析裂纹产生的原因并提出相应的防护措施。裂纹均发生在第1次补焊焊缝附近,是典型的应力腐蚀裂纹形貌,补焊是导致反应器内壁产生裂纹的主要原因。在补焊后,需进行彻底热处理,对打磨部分,要进行钝化处理。稳定操作条件,控制各工艺指标,隔离腐蚀介质等可防止腐蚀裂纹的产生或进一步扩展。 The reasons for the emergence of crack were analyzed and the corresponding protective measures were put forward.The crack was emerged near the first complementary welding weld line,its appearance was the typical stress corrosion,the complementary welding was the main reason that causing the crack in the internal wall of the reactor.After complementary welding,a completely heat treatment was needed,to the polish part,deactivation treatment was carried out.The emergence of the corrosion crack and the further expanding was protected by the means of smoothing the operation condition,controlling the technology indexes,isolating the corrosion medium.
