腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的处理

Management of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 13 cases

目的总结电视腹腔镜施行胆囊切除术并发症的预防及处理体会。方法回顾性分析本院电视腹腔镜实施胆囊切除术320例,各类并发症共13例的发生,处理及预防体会。结果胆总管损伤中转剖腹手术3例,其他原因中转剖腹手术4例,结石残留2例,结石遗留腹腔并切口感染2例,胆漏1例,膈下脓肿1例。结论严格术前检查、有经验的手术医生和规范的手术程序可大大减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症。

Objective Reviewing complications of LC(Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy) in 13 cases, to sum up the experience of prevention and treatment for the complications. Methods Retrospectively various kinds of complications in 13 cases (why occuring and how to handle and how to prevent) were analysed. Results Among the 13 cases, injury of common bile duct of bile cyst in 3 cases;other causes of bile cyst in 4 cases; concretions seep into abnormal cavity in 2 cases; concretions seep into abnormal cavity and incision infection in 2 cases; biliary fistula in 1 case; subphrenic abscess in 1 case.Conclusion Strict medical examination before operation, experienced operation team, deep understand of anatomy and pathology of gall-bladder diseases would reduce the complications.
