摘要
针对常规的水资源优化调度模型存在的缺陷,首先应用模糊动态AHP求解随时间变化的效益系数,然后应用区间数线性规划的方法求解水资源优化调配方案,提高了管理模型的仿真性与预测的可靠性,将其应用于沈阳浑南新区水资源优化调配中,收到了较为满意的效果,从而为水资源管理提供了新的思路与方法。
In consideration of some defects in the conventional water resources optimal allocation model, the fuzzy dynamic AHP is firstly used to solve the time-dependent profit coefficient, and the interval number linear programming method is adopted to deduce the optimal allocation scheme of water resources, which improve the effect of simulation of the management model and the reliability of prediction. The method is applied to optimal allocation of water resources for the Hunnan new district of Shenyang City, and the result is satisfactory. Therefore the method provides a new approach to water resources management.
