摘要
基于文秋芳等学者对英语学习动机的研究,笔者设计了一份有关英语学习动机的调查表,对苏州科技学院 英语专业本科班一、二年级(第二学期)各三个班的185名学生进行了有关英语学习动机的问卷调查。本文通过对该调 查结果的分析,帮助英语教师了解英语专业学生的学习动机,以引起他们对英语教学的重视。
Mainly based on Wen Qiufang's study on English learning motivation, the writer designed an inventory to assess students' motivations in English learning. This inventory concerns one group of 185 students from Suzhou Science & Technology College. The purpose is to help English teachers to learn about their students' motivations in language learning and possible influences on English teaching and learning.
