The News Public Opinion Supervision and News Infringement

新闻舆论监督在当今社会日益发挥其重要作用。我国加入WTO以后,在市场经济运作的情况下,尤其要充分发挥新闻舆论监督的作用。本文试图从新闻舆论监督以及由于新闻舆论监督而引发新闻侵权等问题出发,在新形势下探索如何既能最大限度地发挥新闻舆论监督的作用,又能避免新闻侵权带来的负面影响,从而更好地发挥新闻舆论监督的作用。

The news public opinion supervision has already played the important role in the now society. After China entered WTO, the news public opinion direct should be much more developed under the situation of the market economy operation.This paper tries to set out from the news public opinion direct and the negative influence to tell us how to develop the function of news public opinion supervision better under the new situation and avoid the negative influence that news infringement brings.
