体育舞蹈是集体育与舞蹈于一体的竞技运动项目,其特点是在音乐的伴奏下,以单个动作为基础,进行组合成套练习、表演和比赛。在教学过程中应遵循教育学和心理学的普遍原则,根据不同舞种的特点,寻求教学规律,控制各个教学环节和整个教学过程,以期用最小的代价取得最佳的效果。

Artsport is a competitive sport event combined with sports and dance,manifesting the characteristics that the dancers have a complete set of practice,performance and competition based on single movements accompanied by music. In the teaching process,the teachers should follow the universal principles of education and psychology and seek for the teaching principles according to the characteristics of different dances,control the teaching links and the whole teaching process in order to achieve the best effect at the minimum cost.
