摘要
大学体育与健康新课程在理论课教学、运动技能教学、学生成绩评定等方面进行了一系列的改革。为了对新课程的教学效果进行评价,使用锻炼感觉量表(ETI)和心理健康诊断测验(MHT)等研究工具,对新课程实施前后大学生的心理健康状况进行了评价。结果发现:采用新课程进行教学的实验班,大学生的心理健康状况和锻炼时的心理感觉均优于对照组的大学生。
A series of reform of the new course of college physical education and health was carried out in theoretical teaching,exercise-skill teaching and examination.In order to evaluate the teaching effects of the new course,the authors applied the exercise-induced feeling inventory(EFI) and the mental health test(MHT) to evaluate college students' mental health condition before and after implementing the new course.The result shows that in the test class adopting the new course,college students' mental condition and mental feeling when exercising are both better than that of the contract class.
