股权结构是现代企业制度的基础和核心。股权结构与公司治理、绩效之间呈相关关系。在研究探讨股权结构理论的基础上,参照英美模式,结合我国股权结构存在的问题,建立起归属清晰、流转顺畅、适当分散、构成合理、竞争式的股权结构,以此完善现代企业制度。

Stock equity structure is the foundation and core of modern enterprise system. Stock equity structure interrelates with company management and performance. On the basis of studying and probing into the stock equity structure theory, and by referring to British and American modes while taking into consideration of the existing problems in our country's stock equity structure, a competitive stock equity structure with an explicitly defined rational ownership structure, smooth transfer channels, and properly decentralized stock rights should be established to improve the modern enterprise system.
