高校知识产权保护现状及对策分析

The Analysis of the Situation and Strategy of the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Colleges and Universities

当前,我国高校知识产权保护意识淡薄,产权流失严重,专利申请数量少,管理制度不健全,低水平重复研究,科研与市场需求脱钩。因此,必须加强高校知识产权保护,加大宣传力度,提高对知识产权重要性的认识,建立知识产权管理组织机构,完善知识产权管理制度,增加经费投入。

The article puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the protection of the intellectual property rights in colleges universities by analyzing the present situation of intellectual property rights protection and the unfavourable factor to protect it in colleges and universities.
