摘要
霍布斯是近代第一个自觉地反对神学国家学说的人,他以人性论为基础,通过自然状态、自然法、社会契约等一系列术语的严密论证,开创了国家契约学说的先河,奠定了西方近代资产阶级国家学说的基本格局,对于国家学说的世俗化和近代化作出了巨大的贡献。
Hobbes was the first man in modern times who consciously objected to the theory of theology about state.Basing on the theory of human nature,he initiated the beginning of state contract theory according to the close demonstration in the series of terms such as natural condition natural law and social contract and so on ,founded the basic structure of state theory of modern western bourgeoisie and made great contribution for secularization and modernization of state theory.
