摘要
介绍了一种实用的半导体激光器自混合干涉的调制与放大电路 ,给出了电路原理图及其设计原理 。
In this paper, a practical modulation and amplifying circuit for laser diode self-mixing interference in the LD is presented, and the design principle is given. Besides, the signal of self-mixing interference in laser diode modulated directly by triangular waveform current has been measured.
