SK-2DQF定量荧光测定方法探讨

摘要 准确测定样品的含油浓度是现场定量荧光识别油气显示的前提和基础。该文针对目前现场应用的定量荧光技术在测定高浓度含油样品时的荧光猝灭问题,通过大量的实验提出了一种改进的定量荧光测定方法。文章结合实例详细阐述了该方法的重复性与实用性。对SK-2DQF定量荧光测定方法在现场的快速普及起到了积极的促进作用。 Measuring oil-bearing richness of the samples accurately is the premise and foundation of identification of oil and gas shows by using quantitative fluorescence on wellsite.In view of the current problem of fluorescence quenching existed in applying quantitative fluorescence technology in the detection of high-concentration oil-bearing samples,this paper proposed an improved quantitative fluorescence measuring method based on a large number of tests.Combining with samples,the paper expounded the repetition and utilization of this method, and pointed out that it played an important role in making the application of quantitative fluorescence detection method with SK-2DQF popularized rapidly.
