摘要
本文从计量泵流量检验方法的要求出发,对原计量泵流量检验中,控制计数的方法和称重的方法所存在的弊病及检验成本进行了分析。提出了集计数、控制、称量和计算于一体的计量泵流量检验新方案,并介绍了为实现方案所采用的以单片微机为核心的计量泵流量检验机电一体化系统.经实际试验表明该机电一体化系统不仅稳定、可靠、精度满足要求,而且使检验过程自动化程度大为提高,成本明显下降,有推广应用价值.
This paper analyses the measuring cost and problems in counting and weighting proce-dure of flow-rate measurement of spinning-pump,for which a new method is developed bymerging the counting,controlling,weighting and calculating.A system,with a single chipcomputer as its core,is introduced to realize the method.It proves beneficial such as higher re-liability,precision and automation at lower cost,and suitable for other applications as well.
