摘要
弹性平衡扭杆是环锭细纱机卷绕成形机构中的一种主要零件,它承受的是特定方式的非对称、非恒定疲劳载荷。依照累积损伤理论,本文作者分析了一种具有代表性的设计实例,发现即使在最苛刻的现场使用条件下,其疲劳寿命也超过10^(10)次循环,完全满足一台细纱机工程实用标准的要求。由此可以得出结论,偶或发生于这种零件上的失效现象应是别有原因。按静强度进行扭杆设计是安全的和合适的。
The twisting balancing rod is used to balance the lifting weight of the cop-buildingmechanism of ring spinning frame.It deforms cyclically under cumulative fatigue loading ofspecial mode.According to the author's analysis based on Miner's cumulative damage theory,the lifetime of some typical rod design under the most serious practical conditions should belonger than 10^(10) cycles,much more than the engineering requirement of conventional ringspinning frame.As a conclusion,certain failure cases occurred occasionally concerning thisrod must be caused by other material sources.Design method based on static strength analy-sis is safe enough and applicable.
