前列安栓治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

Investigation on Efficacy of Prostant in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis

目的 :评价前列安栓局部纳肛治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效及不良反应。方法 :将患者随机分为两组进行开放对比观察 ,治疗组 70例用前列安栓纳肛 ,连续 1个月 ,对照组 3 5例口服司巴沙星 ,连用 2周 ,根据前列腺按摩液EPS -WBC和美国国立卫生院 (NIH)慢性前列腺炎症状评分表中的症状评分评价疗效。结果 :对观察指标分析显示 ,前列安栓临床痊愈 1 1例 ( 1 6 1 % )、显效 1 9例 ( 2 7 9% )、有效 2 6例 ( 3 8 2 % ) ,疗效明显优于对照组 ,且不良反应轻微。结论 :前列安栓局部纳肛治疗慢性前列腺炎有明显效果 ,不良反应低。

Objective:To estimate the efficacy and safety of prostant in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods:The patients were divided into two groups in an open and parrallel study. 70 cases in study group treated with the prostant for one month, and other 35 cases in the contorl group were treated with sparafloxacine for two weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by the WBC in EPS and chronic prostatitis symptom idex(NIH,USA). Results:All but three cases have been losted for the follow-up, 11 cases (16.1%) were completely cured, remarkable efficacy in 19 cases (27.9%) in study group. Conclusion:Prostant is effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
