490例女性吸毒者梅毒及HIV感染调查

Syphilis and HIV Infection Survelliance among Female Drug Users in Guangdong

目的 :了解女性吸毒人群梅毒及HIV(艾滋病病毒 )感染情况。方法 :对某劳教所 490名女性吸毒学员进行匿名问卷调查和梅毒、艾滋病血清学的检测。结果 :( 1 ) 490名调查对象平均年龄为2 6 80岁 ,最大年龄 46岁 ,最小 1 8岁。 ( 2 )共有 3 70名 ( 75 5 1 % )静脉吸毒 ,其中 1 44名 ( 2 9 3 8% )共用注射器吸毒 ,有 75名 ( 1 5 3 0 % )伴有卖淫。 ( 3 )梅毒、HIV感染率分别为 1 3 88%及 2 0 4%。结论 :女性吸毒者是HIV、梅毒感染的高危人群 ,应采取有效措施对吸毒人群的高危行为进行干预。

Objective:To explore the infection rates of syphilis and HIV among female drug users. Methods:490 female drug users in Guangdong provincial education center were surveyed by questionnaire and sero-test for syphilis and HIV. Results:(1)The average age of total 490 female drug users was 26.80 years old, the oldest was 46 years old and the youngest was 18 years old. (2)there were 370 intravenous drug users(75.51%) and 144 of total 490 female drug users(29.38%) shared syringes with others. 75 female drug users(15.30%) had commercial sex activities. (3)There were 68 syphilis cases(13.88%) and 10 HIV cases(2.04%) among female drug users. The infection rate of syphilis and HIV are much higher than that in normal control. Conclusion:Female drug users were at high risk of syphilis and HIV infection. It's necessary to take effective strategies to prevent the high risk behavior.
