As the typical work of ancient Chinese logic, Mo-jing has plenty of brilliant thought about argument. This paper mainly analyzes the effect and aim of argument, the fundamental logic laws which argument must obey, the particular argument form, the refuting of some paradox and argument assessment in Mo-jing, so as to explain the thought of argument logic in it.
