海上用绳索衰减性能规律研究

DEGRADATION IN MARINE ROPE

本文研究海上用绳索衰减性能的规律。作为海上用绳索,导致性能衰减的原因包括拉伸、磨损、日晒、雨淋以及海水腐蚀等。本文通过模拟天然气候老化的方法以及测试分析旧绳索的结构和性能的变化,得到不同纤维制作的绳索其衰减规律并不相同,对于同一种绳索的内外层纤维其衰减程度存在显著性差别。

This paper deals with the degradation law in marine ropes.For marine ropes,there are variant factors which produce degradation.They include tensile,wear and tear,sunlight,rain- ing and corrosion in sea.This study has taken the artificial method to simulate natural ageing and has analysed the stucture and properties of used ropes.The results show that ropes made of variant filaments possess different degradation and the tensile properties of the interior and outer filaments of used ropes are quiet different.
