我国加入WTO以后,对侦查人员的执法素质提出了较为严峻的挑战。针对目前侦查工作面临的形势以及侦查人员的素质状况,要应对挑战,核心问题在于提高侦查人员的证据意识。

After our country's entry into WTO, law enforcement quality of detectors are critically demanded. In light of the situation facing current detective work and the quality situation of detectors, the core issue lies in the enhancement of the evidence awareness of the detector so as to face the severe challenge.
