摘要
本文在前文实验结果的基础上采用热台X射线衍射法、流变测定法,进一步说明DSC测得的相转变峰机理和偏光显微镜下的结构转变机理.结果表明,热X射线衍射法测得强度及峰位的变化规律能很好地说明DSC曲线在260℃时的转变峰确为体系的熔融峰;同样,粘弹参数随温度的变化规律又能很好地说明和解释偏光显微镜下的(?)区分离现象;小角X射线衍射结果表明,其相态在260~320℃为向列型液晶,说明共聚酯体系在液晶温度区不存在近晶型相.
A series of liquid crystal phase structure of p-hydroxybenzoate/ethylene terephthalate copolyester at different temperatures is investigated on the base of last article by means of hot WAXD,SAXD as well as dynamic viscoelastometry. From the hot X-ray curves, relation between maximal values of diffraction curves representing the molecular density and temperatures is obtained. The temperature at which the small crystals change into liquid crystal is 270℃-280℃. The measurement of small angle X-ray shows that there is no diffraction peak within the small angle range and the system is in nematic liquid crystal phase rather than smectic phase within the temperature range.
