摘要
本文采用新机构类型综合法,对缝纫机下送料七杆执行机构进行创新设计.文中,以一种现有的两自由度下送料七杆执行机构作为原始机构,利用数综合理论进行系统分析综合,最后综合出47种缝纫机下送料全铰链式七杆执行机构运动简图.这些机构可供有关工程技术人员设计时选择和参考。
With type synthesis a creative design is proposed, which,on the basis of present 7-bar device in 2-degree freedom, includes Systematical analysis and Synthesis by theory of numbers and figures. 47 kinds of all hinged drop feeding devices of sewing machines are synthesized. May these devices serve as a design reference.
