摘要
对制约当前西北地区农业科技创新及产业化发展存在的诸如农村现行的经营模式不利农业科技产业化、科技经费不足,现行科研机制不完善等主要困难和问题作了全面分析,提出了西北地区农业科技创新及产业化发展应继续加大政府对农业科技创新及产业化的资金投入力度,在体制改革中应充分考虑其特殊性,进一步落实有关优惠政策,完善有关激励机制和奖励力度等对策与建议。
The restrictive factors for developing agricultural scitech innovation and industrialization in the Northwest region of China, such as the unfavorable management models for agricultural industrialization in the countryside, insufficient scientific input, incomplete research system etc, are analyzed in the paper. The probable countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the agricultural innovation and industrialization are put forward as well.
