Analysis of the Mutual Dynamic Mechanism Between the Innovation of the Market Institution and Technological Innovation

传统的经济学理论常假设制度因素给定不变,并在这一假定下研究经济现象,分析经济行为,响应地得出一定的结论(某种均衡)。但这一假设削弱了理论对现实的解释力,这也是传统经济学日益受到制度经济学挑战的重要原因。文章在对技术创新的理论分析中引入制度这一重要的影响因素,并在对制度创新和技术创新等有关概念明确界定的基础上,分析了市场制度创新和技术创新之间的互动关系:市场制度创新对科技创新的激励和技术创新对市场制度创新的催化,阐述了实现这种互动需解决的一些问题。

The institutional factor is granted to be unchangeable. The economic phenomena and the economic behaviors are researched according to the assumption, from which the result(an equilibrium) is derived. The assumption, however, has weakened the theory's function that explains the real world. This is the most important reason why the traditional economics is increasingly challenged by the new institution economics. This paper has introduced the important institutional factor to the analysis of the theory on the technological innovation, and analyzed the mutual dynamic relation between the innovation of the market institution and technological innovation.The innovation of the market institution has an incentive to innovate the technology, while the technological innovation is a catalyst for the former. The conceptions about the institutional innovation and the technological innovation are defined explicitly. Lastly, the paper has issued the problems which must be solved in order to run the mutual dynamic mechanism mentioned above.
