论我国优先权立法之完善

On the perfection of lawmaking on priority in our country

我国处于市场经济起步阶段,主体利益冲突的加剧以及利益需求的不平衡,需要一定立法政策的调和,在未来物权法中建立统一的优先权制度,从而有利于体现法律对实质公平、正义理念的不懈追求目的。

The market economy of our country is still at the starting stage, thus the conflicts of benefit between the corpuses turn worse and the needs of benefit go unbalanced. All these demand the concordance of a certain lawmaking policy and the establishment of the united Priority system in the future real right. Thus these are helpful to show that the purpose of law is to pursue constantly the substance equality and the justice principle.
