对高等学校特色化教育的思考

特色化教育通俗性地称为高校办学特色,即办学的个性化。高校扩招和教育资源优化配置模式的实践走向深入,特色化教育将成为现存、新办的各类别高等教育办学实体生存和发展的前提和保障。特色化教育的内涵、功能及其在国内外名牌院校的发展历程中的作用,促使这一教育理念日益为社会所认识、所重视,并发展为众多高校的办学方针、操作思路。

Characterized education is commonly called characterized way of running colleges and universities. With the enrollment expansion of college students and the pattern of optimized distribution of education resources are deepening,characterized education will become the prerequisite and guarantee of the existence and development of the present new categorized entities running higher education. The connotation and functions of characterized education and the roll it plays in the process of the development of famous-brand universities both at home and abroad have impelled the whole society continuously to recognize and pay more attention to this kind of education idea and have developed into the guiding principle and operating train of thought of many higher learning institutions.
