卧底侦查是侦破严重有组织犯罪的有效手段。从卧底侦查的必要性、许容性、法律基础、适用条件及卧底侦查所获证据的适用问题等方面对卧底侦查理论问题进行探讨仍具有价值。
Secret investigation is an effective and essential measure to investigate and uncover the cases of serious organized crine.This ar-ticle discussed the secret in vestigation on its importance,justification,law foundation,also its condition of application and the application of proof.
