This article discusses the role and importance of education of talented people in the great process of the overall construction of a well-off society. It also analyses the recent situation of our country and points out that recent educati on of talented people cannot meet the needs of the overall construction of a wel l-off society at present. Thus, it puts forward the idea of speeding the educat ion of talent.
