高校后勤社会化管理是高等教育推进大众化教育的必然趋势,通过对当前现状的分析与研究,认为学生公寓式(主要指校园本部以外)管理中的几个问题,应该引起政府、学校、家庭以及社会各方的重视和关注。正视问题,稳步推进,使高校后勤社会化管理工作更加完善。

It is an inevitable tendency to promote the public education through enforcing the socialized logistical service in colleges. By analyzing and studying the present situation, it is thought that several problems in managing students' flats(mainly those outside the campus) should draw the attention of the government, the college, the families as well as other departments cpncerned. We should face the problems and progress steadily,thus making the service become perfect.
