Translation Teaching Of College English In Intensive Reading Class

翻译教学是大学英语教学的重要组成部分,也是不少学生的薄弱环节。由于师资所限,很难为非英语专业学生开设专门的翻译课程。为解决这一难题,本文着重探讨了在《大学英语》的教学中,如何通过教师讲解、学生讨论、师生切磋等途径,把翻译教学融入到精读教学之中的具体做法,为提高教学质量提供新的经验。

Translation teaching plays an important role in English teaching, and it is also a weak point for many students, due to lack of class hours and teaching faculty, it is not likely for non-English majors to have specific translation course. This paper focuses on how to teach translation in intensive reading class.
