搅拌摩擦焊过程数学模型建立的影响因素及现状 被引量:7

摘要 在此主要研究搅拌摩擦焊过程数学模型建立的几个重要影响因素,并结合工艺试验对国内外的研究现状和模型建立过程中涉及到的问题进行了阐述。结果发现,搅拌摩擦焊的焊接工艺参数、搅拌头探针产生的热量等都对温度场模型的建立起着重要作用。另外,轴肩与工件的摩擦系数、搅拌头轴肩的压力、搅拌头探针的形状都影响着焊缝的成形质量和焊缝区流场模型的建立。 In this paper,several important factors in setting friction stir welding process are studied.Combined with the technical experiments,the research actuality and some problems in setting mathematical models are expounded.The result shows that the technical parameters of FSW and the heat generation in the pin are important to setting thermal models.Furthermore,the friction co,efficient between shoulder and base material,the pressure of shoulder and the shape of pin have an important effect on figuration of seam and building flow models.
