铝锂合金的晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀行为 被引量:15

摘要 高比强和高比模铝锂合金在航空和航天工业中具有广阔的应用前景。虽然铝锂合金对局部腐蚀极其敏感,但可通过选择适当的热处理工艺和改变环境化学条件来缓和。此外,铝锂合金的耐蚀性与合金成份和热处理工艺密切相关。本工作采用标准实验方法测试了五种铝锂合金的晶间和剥落腐蚀性能,并与常规铝合金进行了对比。结果表明。 The intergranular and exfoliation corrosion behavior of five Al-Li alloys were inves-tigated using standard experimental methods,and compared with conventional aluminium alloy 7075. The results showed that the Al-Li alloys were better than 7075 alloy in corrosion resistance. In addition,the corrosion resistance for 8090 alloy is better than that for 2090 and 2091 alloys. The effect of metallurgical factors on corrosion susceptibility was also discussed. It was found that the intergranular and exfoliation corrosion suscepti-bility of Al-Li alloys dramatically depended on the composition, heat treatment and grain orientation of alloys.
